Ilana Milstein, an ACE certified personal trainer, pilates instructor, and IIN certified holistic health coach is the owner of Wellness by Ilana.  She combines both teachings to create a core-focused total body workout with no equipment needed, perfect for those traveling or on-the-go. She teaches virtual and in-person classes and sees clients one on one as well. She resides in Long Island, NY with her husband and three kids.
