Hailing from New York City, Lauren has been professionally dancing since the age of 17. She has performed on Broadway, Off-Broadway, in TV/film/commercials and was a Rockette at Radio City Music Hall for over 10 years. To stay balanced and keep the physical and mental stresses at bay Lauren developed a deep love for yoga and meditation. First getting her Pilates certification in 2011 and then her first yoga teacher training in Los Angeles in 2013. She finished her advanced certification at Laughing Lotus under the guidance of Dana Trixie Flynn where she now works at their new studios, LL Studio by Laughing Lotus.
