She has been cooking for over 15 years, having stints from working in restaurants in New York City to owning and operating her own vegan pop up at farmers' markets in Louisiana. She is a self-taught cook with a knack for turning our unhealthy favorites into dishes we can eat over and over again. During warmer months you can find her grilling nonstop deliciousness, for her fiance, Alan. Her gimmick is making meals that the two of them can enjoy together, and luckily he will eat anything she makes!
